Women in Data Conference 2023 was carried around the theme “Transformation through the Integration of Women, Data, and Entrepreneurship”. This conference brought together women from a wide range of career paths and roles to learn and discuss how the synergy of women, data, and entrepreneurship can leverage the power of data to transform different decisions and innovations. In a data-driven world, women in data are crucial. We cannot accept significant gender gaps where women are underrepresented, especially in industries that promise to change the world in such monumental ways. It is instrumental to promote more women in data to eliminate statistical bias, contributes a female gender perspective for making data-driven decisions, and hence, build a more inclusive world.
